At the core of XSCard's product is the enablement of sharing your information with those you want to share with. As a result, data privacy is critical to the product we offer. At XSCard, we believe in the importance of being able to control who gets that information.
To reflect this importance, we've designed our product with several principles in mind:
This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide in the XSCard software applications ("Software Applications" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information.
This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and XSCard ("XSCard", "we", "us" or "our"). XSCard is a South African-based digital business card service provider. By accessing and using the Software Applications and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
Our top priority is customer data security. We may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the Software Applications and Services.
